I have been a meat cutter in the retail setting for a full decade. My time outside of work is split between time at a local university and hunting for new things to explore. As a person, I always enjoy learning more about the things that interest me, and that has led me to have a hunger for the field that I’ve been immersed in for so long.
Join me as I show you the different cuts, how to process them, and how to cook them up. I’ll take you from step one, picking out the right meat for what you’re making, through the whole process to getting it on the table. As we learn and grow together, I’ll show you what all is possible with just a knife in your hand.
